Sold new by Ed Stinn Chevrolet in Cleveland, Ohio, on August 22, 1969, this COPO Camaro represents one of very few Double COPO's produced, which refers to a '69 Camaro equipped with both the L72 427 V8 (9651 option code) and Sports Car Conversion Package (9737), which added a 140-mph speedometer, front stabilizer bar, 15x7 Rally Wheels, and more. Additional factory equipment includes a 4-speed manual transmission, power disc brakes, 4.10 Posi Rear End, and Vinyl Roof. The car arrives with 32,423 documented miles under 7 total owners in its 55 year life, which incudes stints in Ohio, Connecticut, Tennessee, and Texas since 2002. The car retains many original components, including the original engine and transmission. In 2012, the car received a complete mechanical overhaul, including a rebuild of the original engine, and was just recently serviced in April 2024 prior to listing. The car was repainted in the late 80's while under prior ownership in Tennessee and the paint remains in remarkable condition with very flew flaws to speak of.
